Former Tasmanian MP Kathryn Hay Faces Court Over Alleged Emotional Abuse and Intimidation

An ex Tasmanian MP, Kathryn Hay, is currently arraigned for an emotional and phsyical assault on her former boyfriend, Troy Shane Richardson. The allegations that span from the year 2009 to 2022 entail physical confrontations as well as use of foul language. The evidence which was presented in court included the exchange of the Facebook messages and a photograph indicating Richardson had a black eye as a result of one of the scuffle. Hay has denied some of the allegations made against him and has asked for dismissal of the proof produced.
